D-ABC Decisions (also referred to as the “D-ABC Decision Tool”) is a RYZA Technology product operated by RYZA Global LLC (“RYZA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the D-ABC web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account and profile information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (hashed by our authentication provider). You may also provide an optional display name and avatar. Authentication and profile data are stored in our secure backend (Supabase Auth and the profiles table) and are used to identify you, secure your workspace, and enforce your plan limits.

Decision inputs and user-generated content

The Service is designed to help you structure decisions. We collect the content you enter, including decision titles, descriptions, goals, constraints, stakeholders, priorities, timelines, options, criteria, ratings, pros/cons, notes, and any research or attachments. This content is tied to your account and, where applicable, to teams you belong to.

AI processing data

When you use AI-assisted features, we send relevant decision context and prompts to our AI provider to generate explanations, summaries, and structured outputs. We do not send AI providers sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to produce the feature you requested.

Uploaded files

You may upload files (for example, research documents or supporting evidence) to a decision. Files are stored in our cloud storage bucket and linked to the relevant decision. You can delete uploaded files at any time.

Usage, diagnostic, and billing data

We log operational data such as AI task types, request IDs, token usage, model identifiers, cost reservations, and feature usage counts to enforce plan limits, manage cost ceilings, and maintain Service reliability. We also capture anonymized error and performance diagnostics. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Information from social sign-in

If you choose to sign in using a social or OAuth provider (such as Google), we receive the information that provider shares with us, typically your name, email address, and a unique identifier.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the D-ABC Service.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To compute decision scores, generate reports, and power AI-assisted explanations.
  • To enforce plan limits, billing, and feature access.
  • To monitor usage, costs, errors, and Service health.
  • To respond to your support requests and legal obligations.

3. AI providers and third-party services

D-ABC uses server-side AI providers to process requests. Our production provider is OpenAI (Responses API). In some environments we may use the Lovable AI Gateway. These providers receive only the data needed to fulfill a specific request and are contractually prohibited from using your content to train their models. We do not share your data with AI providers for any purpose other than generating the output you requested.

We also use Supabase (Lovable Cloud) for authentication, database, and storage services. Supabase processes data according to its own privacy and security practices, which we have assessed as appropriate for the data we store.

3a. AI disclaimer

D-ABC uses AI to support structured decision-making. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and it does not replace your own judgement. D-ABC is not regulated professional medical, legal, or financial advice. For decisions with legal, medical, or financial consequences, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Cloud and local storage

Your decision data is stored in encrypted cloud databases and object storage hosted by Supabase. Your authentication session token is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so you stay signed in across visits. We do not store decisions locally on your device outside of normal browser caching.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and decision data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual decisions and attachments within the Service, and you can delete your entire account from Settings → Delete account, which removes your profile, decisions, options, notes, attachments and AI history. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and user-generated content within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law. Server logs and billing records may be retained for a limited period for security, audit, and tax purposes.

6. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security policies that scope each decision to its owner's account, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. Access to production data is limited to authorized operators. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials safe.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile and delete decisions directly in the Service, and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. For other requests, contact us at the email below. You can also revoke consent for optional processing by deleting your account.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. External links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
